Job summary

Wee Poh Construction Co (Pte) Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM/VDC professional to lead modeling, coordination, and documentation across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

You will perform clash detection, model auditing, and coordination reviews, while contributing to digital workflows and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, or related field.
• 3 years of BIM and VDC experience.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM or related field.
• DDM Tier 4 accreditation or equivalent qualifications.
• Proficiency in BIM and VDC software such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Tekla, Archicad, ACC, etc.
• Formally trained in BIM and VDC software.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Clash detection, model auditing, and coordination reviews with project teams.
• Prepare documentation and deliverables aligned with project and contract requirements.
• Contribute to digital workflows by integrating BIM models into project management systems.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives.
