Job summary

KTP CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM coordinator to model structural designs and drive 3D documentation. You will work with engineers, project managers, and CAD/BIM managers to deliver precise models on schedule and maintain quality across disciplines.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or BCA drafting certificates and at least 6 years in design coordination within construction. Strong drafting skills and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a similar BIM coordination role.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting certificates from BCA.
• 6+ years of relevant design coordination experience in construction.
• Strong planning skills for modelling and drafting workflows.
• Solid knowledge of Civil & Structural design and construction.
• Good understanding of building processes and strong drafting ability.
• Team player with willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM Modeling for Structural design discipline.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager to meet timelines.
• Develop BIM models from rough sketches and specifications.
• Create BIM 2D documentation per project and organisational standards.
• Update BIM models with latest information ensuring quality.
• Ensure construction documents accuracy based on updated BIM models.
• Prepare Authority submission drawings.
• Coordinate with other disciplines on design changes and model challenges.
• Follow Project BIM Execution Plan and workflow criteria.
• Adhere to BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Prepare discipline content for BIM Coordination Meetings.
