Job summary

DJ Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Modeller – Civil & Structural to support Singapore projects. The candidate will create and maintain civil/structural BIM models using Revit, produce drawings, and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM activities across disciplines in a dynamic project environment.

The role requires reading and interpreting structural/civil drawings, strong attention to detail, and teamwork to integrate with architectural and MEP models.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience as Civil/Structural BIM Modeller.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit is required.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain civil and structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls and other structural components.
• Prepare civil and structural drawings, plans, sections and details.
• Coordinate civil/structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Assist with clash detection and resolution during BIM coordination.
• Update models and drawings according to design changes and project requirements.
• Prepare BIM-based documentation, schedules and model deliverables.
• Ensure modelling follows BIM standards and procedures.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve modelling issues.
• Maintain accurate model information and timely submission of deliverables.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering,Structural Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience as aCivil/Structural BIM Modeller.
• Strong working knowledge of AutodeskRevit.
• Ability to read and interpretstructural and civil engineering drawings.
• Understanding of structural andconstruction detailing.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIMcoordination is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail andaccuracy.
• Good communication and teamworkskills.
• Candidates with Singapore projectexperience will be preferred.
