Job summary

LKT Contractors Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a BIM specialist to update construction and as-built models, support civil, structural and architectural 3D and 2D submissions, and prepare 3D models for temporary facilities.

Candidates must hold a civil engineering qualification and have at least 3 years of BIM modeling experience, with strong coordination and communication skills to work with a project team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimally 3 years’ experience in BIM Modeling work.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ongoing updating of the model to construction and as-built status.
• To assist in the Civil, structural & Architectural 3d model & 2d drawings submissions.
• To prepare the 3D model for the temporary facility
• Responsible for BIM Modelling and coordination
• Coordinate and communicate with team members if further details or clarification is required
