Job summary

THYMN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join our Civil & Structural Team. You will produce engineering drawings, manage construction documentation, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams, with a focus on accuracy and BIM workflow efficiency.

Proficiency in Revit Structure and Corenet submissions is essential, as is attention to detail and the ability to work independently to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of BIM modelling experience for civil and structural projects.
• Proficiency in Revit Structure and familiarity with BIM software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering, building, detailed, and construction drawings using BIM software.
• Develop and maintain material specifications for projects.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to gather requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure model coordination.
• Troubleshoot and provide practical solutions to project challenges.
• Perform clash detection and model review using Revit Structure and other BIM tools.
• Assist with construction documentation and support site teams during construction.
• Experience with Corenet submissions and updates.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
