Job summary
BIMAGE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a BIM Specialist to develop, coordinate and enhance BIM models across trades, aligning with project requirements.
You will review data from CAD/Model sources, support QA/QC, and assist in resource planning. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks is essential.
The role involves collaborating with architects and engineers, delivering construction documents, and promoting new BIM strategies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in structural/architecture/engineering/construction/MEP or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in building construction and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, enhance and coordinate BIM models from all trades for ongoing and past work.
- Review and organize models/data from 3rd party sources (CAD & Model).
- Coordinate across multiple disciplines and perform QA/QC coordination.
- Perform change order processing and track milestones through project phases.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Assist in resource planning and team training on BIM software.
- Upgrade BIM model with new BIM technologies and coordinate with senior project architects.
- Assist in producing construction documents and Navisworks extensions for clash detection and 4D/5D simulation.
