The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Modeller – ACMV to prepare detailed ACMV shop drawings and support BIM coordination for ongoing projects in Promenade, Singapore.

You will base drawings on as-built information and project requirements. The role requires AutoCAD and Revit MEP modelling proficiency, with emphasis on aligning drawings to specifications and coordinating with the project team to update documentation and project records.

Competenze

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP modelling.
• Experience in ACMV shop drawings and BIM coordination is preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare detailed ACMV shop drawings based on as-built drawings and project requirements
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements
• Coordinate with the project team to update and amend drawings for project coordination
• Support MEP BIM modelling and related documentation
• Assist in preparing and organising BIM and project records
• Support the Project Manager with project completion and other assigned duties

• Salary: $3,000 – $4,500


• Working Days:Mon - Thursday (830am - 6pm) Friday 830am - 530pm


• Working Location: Promenade

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed ACMV shop drawings based on as-built drawings and project requirements


• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements


• Coordinate with the project team to update and amend drawings for project coordination


• Support MEP BIM modelling and related documentation


• Assist in preparing and organising BIM and project records


• Support the Project Manager with project completion and other assigned duties
