Job summary

FORTUNA AIR-CONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a BIM drafter to develop accurate BIM models and drawings for projects. You will produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, Revit MEP, Navisworks and other BIM software.

Responsibilities include ensuring drawings comply with project specs and BIM Execution Plans, assisting with M&E drawings, and coordinating with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and contractors to align on designs.

Qualifications

• Experience creating BIM models and shop drawings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and project standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop accurate BIM models and drawings per project requirements.
• Produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, Revit MEP, Navisworks.
• Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project specs, consultant and authority requirements.
• Assist in preparation of M&E/ACMV drawings including ducting and piping layouts.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, contractors and other trades.
