Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller for our construction projects at Sembawang, Singapore. The role focuses on modelling, coordination, and documentation to support design and construction activities.

You will apply BIM standards, perform quality checks on models, and prepare detailed BIM models and shop drawings. The position requires collaboration with project teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in design, drafting or BIM management.
• Experience using BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.

Responsibilities

• Apply company BIM standards, methods, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
• Perform quality checks on digital project models using BIM software to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare detailed BIM models and construction documents to support design and construction activities.
• Set up and manage project workflows throughout different project stages to improve coordination and efficiency.
• Set up BIM projects and maintain project data to ensure digital files are updated and organised.
• Coordinate clash detection and resolve model conflicts to reduce construction issues and delays.
• Prepare and update Revit models and coordination drawings based on project progress and changes.
• Produce 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings for construction and project records.
• Work closely with Project Document Controllers to ensure accurate and timely transfer of project information.

Working Hours: 5-days (Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6pm)

Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Apply company BIM standards, methods, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across projects.


• Perform quality checks on digital project models using BIM software to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Prepare detailed BIM models and construction documents to support design and construction activities.


• Set up and manage project workflows throughout different project stages to improve coordination and efficiency.


• Set up BIM projects and maintain project data to ensure digital files are updated and organised.
