Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to join our central Singapore team.

You will work closely with the Project Management group to plan, monitor, and implement BIM work streams, coordinating with designers, consultants, and on-site teams to ensure timely, compliant deliverables. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years' BIM experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Autodesk Revit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years BIM project experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; familiar with Autodesk Revit BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor project work plans with PM team.
• Assist PM with planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and quality matters.
• Liaise with Owner and Main Contractor on site and project technical issues.
• Attend meetings to discuss technical matters.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for project coordination meetings.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors on schedules and quality.
• Liaise with in-house designers and consultants for shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Ensure works are carried out safely and within project timeline.
• Prepare documents for ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 compliance.

Position Title: BIM Modeller
Working Location: Central, Geylang (12-mins walk from Nearest MRT/LRT Mattar DT25)
Working Hours: 5.5-days (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, alternate Sat: 8am - 12pm)
Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Management team to plan, implement, and monitor project work plans.
• Assist the Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and quality matters.
• Liaise with the Owner and Main Contractor representatives on site and project technical issues.
• Attend meetings to discuss technical matters.
• Attend coordination meetings with relevant project stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents and records, including inspection checklists and reports.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors on work schedules, quality control, and testing requirements.
• Liaise with in-house designers and consultants to prepare the necessary documents and information for site works.
• Coordinate with Land Surveyors and Draftspersons on the preparation and submission of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Ensure works are carried out safely and within the required project timeline.
• Prepare and maintain documents and records required for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 compliance (previous OHSAS 18001).

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of BIM project experience is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with Autodesk Revit BIM software and tools.
• Good technical knowledge and planning skills in managing BIM modelling and drafting works.
• Resourceful, able to work independently, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a project environment
