Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller to implement BIM standards and produce accurate models for our building projects at Sembawang.

You will develop detailed BIM models and drawings, support design and construction activities, and ensure alignment with project requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, has at least 3 years of BIM experience, is proficient in Autodesk Revit, and can read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM modelling tools.
• Experience applying BIM processes in large construction projects from tender stage to completion.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Apply company BIM standards, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Perform quality checks on digital project models using BIM software to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare detailed project models and construction drawings using BIM software to support design and construction activities.
• Set up and manage project workflows throughout different project stages to improve coordination and efficiency.
• Create BIM projects and manage project data to ensure digital files are updated and well-organised.
• Coordinate clash detection and resolution during construction to prevent design conflicts and project delays.
• Prepare and update Revit models and coordination drawings based on project progress and changes.
• Produce 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings for construction works and project records.
• Work closely with Project Document Controllers to ensure accurate and timely transfer of project information between teams.
