Job summary

PSP Renovation Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM Drafter to develop Plumbing & Sanitary 3D BIM models and collaborate with Design Engineers using Revit.

You will draft schematic drawings, mounting details, cable routings, 3D models and shop drawings for approval, ensuring alignment with specifications and BIM standards.

The role requires independent work, participation in coordination meetings, and the ability to adapt to site condition changes.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM workflows and coordination in construction projects.
• Proficiency in producing 3D BIM models and shop drawings.
• Ability to interpret specifications and ensure BIM deliverables meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop Plumbing & Sanitary 3D BIM models and coordinate with Design Engineers using Revit.
• Prepare schematic drawings, mounting details, cable routings and 3D drawings for projects.
• Ensure construction documents, parameters and information accuracy for BIM models.

Job description

• Work closely with BIM Coordinator/ Design Engineers to develop Plumbing & Sanitary 3D BIM Model for Coordination and Collaboration using Revit.
• Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, mounting details,cable routings, 3D drawings, etc.
• Ensure that design/proposal drawings are in accordance to specifications or statutory requirements.
• Ensure construction documents, Parameters and Information accuracy for BIM Model.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Follow BIM standards, Deliverables and (LOD) Level of Development required in the project.
• Prepares Shop drawings for Approval.
• Prepare drawings and 3D Model for construction,coordination and as built purposes.
• To amend as per site condition changes.
• To be able to perform designated responsibility given by the BIM Coordinator/Design Engineer.
• Should be able to adopt with other BIM Modelling Tools required in the Project.
• Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
• Participate in coordination and BIM technology meetings.
