Job summary

SH Design & Build Pte Ltd. is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to develop and maintain BIM models for construction projects on site in Singapore. You will produce shop drawings from BIM models and ensure accuracy, incorporating design revisions as they arise.

You will also support clash detection exercises, extract quantities and schedules when required, and maintain comprehensive model data and documentation while coordinating closely with the BIM Coordinator and site team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller in Singapore construction projects.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Certificate or relevant BIM qualification.
