Job summary

ACEXCELLENT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a BIM Modeller/Coordinator to collaborate with Civil Engineers and develop BIM strategies for port infrastructure and construction projects.

You will produce detailed BIM and CAD drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, manage the BIM filing system, and coordinate e-BIM submissions to authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth project delivery. The role requires 2–3 years of BIM experience and relevant diplomas.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling.
• 2–3 years of BIM Modeller/Coordinator experience for infrastructure works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BIM strategies, requirements, and processes for port infrastructure and construction projects with Civil Engineers.
• Prepare detailed BIM and CAD drawings for tender and construction phases to meet project specs.

Job Summary

Collaborate with Civil Engineers to develop and implement BIM strategies and processes supporting company's infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring accurate BIM/CAD drawings, documentation management, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BIM strategies, requirements, and processes to support port infrastructure and construction projects in collaboration with Civil Engineers
• Prepare detailed BIM and CAD drawings for tender and construction phases to meet project specifications
• Manage and maintain the BIM documentation filing system to ensure organized and accessible project records
• Coordinate and arrange e-BIM submissions to relevant authorities to comply with regulatory requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Sustainable Urban Design & Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent; or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling
• Experience of at least 2-3 years as a BIM Modeller or Coordinator for infrastructure works and sub-utilities such as drainage and sewerage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Revit software applications
• Knowledge of the e-BIM submission system
