Job summary

PSA Corporation Limited is seeking a BIM Modeller/Co-ordinator to support port infrastructure and construction projects. You will prepare BIM/CAD drawings for tender and construction, and assist in filing BIM documentation.

You will manage the BIM documentation system and coordinate e-submission to authorities, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. Familiarity with AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit and BIM standards is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (or BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM).
• Competent in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Revit; knowledge of e-BIM submission system.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience as BIM Modeller/Co-ordinator for infrastructure works (drainage/sewerage).

Responsibilities

Job description

Working with the Civil Engineers, you will establish BIM implementation strategy, requirements and process to support port infrastructure and construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing BIM/CAD drawings for calling of tender/construction, managing the BIM documentation filing system and arranging e-submission to the authorities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in either Civil Engineering, Sustainable Urban Design & Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or equivalent; or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling
• Competent in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Revit
• Knowledge of e-BIM submission system
• Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience as BIM Modeller/Co-ordinator for infrastructure works and sub-utilities like drainage/sewerage
