Job summary

RIGHT CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for a skilled BIM Specialist to develop and update 3D models and prepare drawings for projects. Successful candidates will support the BIM Team and ensure timely submissions.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Engineering or Architecture, has at least 3 years of experience, and is proficient in Revit and Navisworks. If you have a keen eye for design clashes and project timelines, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in Engineering, Architecture or BCA equivalent Diploma.
• 3 years of relevant experience in BIM and local construction industry.
• Must possess prior modeling experience in both Architectural and Structural disciplines.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit & Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and prepare shop drawings for authority submission.
• Update 3D models based on project information.
• Use Revit or Navisworks to identify, and report design clashes.

• Update 3D models based on the latest project information and ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Use Revit or Navisworks to identify, and report design clashes to the Site Team.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings according to project schedules.
• Support the BIM Team in BIM, VDC, and IDD Initiatives.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Engineering, Architecture or BCA equivalent Diploma.
• 3 years of relevant experience in BIM and local construction industry (experience with contractor firms preferred).
• Must possess prior modeling experience in both Architectural and Structural disciplines.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit & Navisworks. Autodesk / BCA Certificate is a plus.
