Job summary

ASSA ABLOY ENTRANCE SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled BIM Drafter / Modeler to develop accurate BIM models, produce technical drawings, and support project coordination across design and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or a similar role within construction or building industries.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards, building codes, and construction methodologies.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with visualization/rendering tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project workflows, especially in industrial/hyperscale data centers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and regional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed technical drawings.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation for tender and construction.
• Ensure drawings and models are documented and prepared for submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and stakeholders for design accuracy and compliance.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to resolve conflicts.
• Support project site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to Sales during pre-sales and post-sales discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure company/project compliance.

BIM Drafter /BIM Modeler

About theRole

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Drafter / BIMModeler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible fordeveloping accurate BIM models, producing technical drawings, and supportingproject coordination throughout various stages of design and construction. Thisrole requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, project managers,and regional teams to deliver high-quality project documentation. This role will be base in Petaling Jayaoffice.

KeyResponsibilities

• Develop,maintain, and update Building Information Models (BIM) for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes.
• Ensure all drawings and models are properly documented and prepared for project submissions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
