FINEBUILD SYSTEMS PTE LTD is seeking an Architectural BIM Specialist to develop, coordinate, and manage BIM models supporting architectural design and project delivery.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with a focus on accurate documentation, coordination with consultants, and regulatory submissions for healthcare, commercial, or large-scale projects.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing to produce compliant and precise project deliverables.
• Experience managing consultant submissions and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, ArchiCAD, or preferred platforms to ensure accurate architectural design representation
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to verify model accuracy and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, schedules, and documentation for regulatory submissions and project milestones
• Support clash detection processes, design reviews, and integration of shop drawings to enhance project coordination
• Maintain and update BIM standards, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across all projects
• Collaborate independently and within teams to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Architectural BIM Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will develop, coordinate, and manage BIM models to support architectural design, documentation, and project delivery.
