Job summary

CSK CONTROLS PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Electrical BIM Designer in Singapore to produce M&E shop drawings, 2D/3D views, and installation details using BIM or CAD tools.

You will coordinate with project teams, run clash reports, verify drawings to codes, and prepare submission packages while managing documentation control.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• 1–2 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Familiar with architectural, mechanical, electrical or structural drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team.
• Regular housekeeping and organized drawing management.

Responsibilities

• Create M&E electrical shop drawings or installation details.
• Prepare 2D/3D electrical views and component libraries using BIM or CAD.
• Run clash reports and coordinate with project teams.
• Verify drawings against codes and regulations.
• Prepare complete documentation for submission.
• Act as Document Control and manage drawings

Job Descriptions:

• Create M&E electrical shop drawings or installation details, electrical layouts
• Prepare 2D&3D electrical views, component libraries, distribution board families, using BIM or CAD tools
• Run clash reports, solve coordination issues with project teams and participate in coordination meetings
• Verify drawings are correct to specifications, codes, and other regulations
• Prepare complete documentation packages for submission
• Take up the role as Document Control
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoDesk Revitand AutoCAD
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in construction industry, familiar with either architectural/mechanical, electrical, or structural drawings design
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good communication & interpersonal skills to work within a team
• To do regular housekeeping for the drawings, tidy and store current and outdated copies
• To coordinate drawing and technical details with clients and project staff to produce and alter drawings
