Job summary

DJ Builders & Contractors Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller - Architecture to support Singapore projects. You will develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models and generate drawings and documentation per project requirements.

Responsibilities include creating BIM models in Revit, coordinating with structural/MEP teams, and ensuring standards/compliance while maintaining version control and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Design or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience as an Architectural BIM Modeller.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and model development.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.
• Candidates with Singapore project experience will be preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Singapore.
