Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of architectural BIM experience.
• Proficient in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD and rendering software.
• Ability to work in a team and take a proactive approach.
• Able to complete models and shop drawings in a timely, high-quality manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant diploma/certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.
• Maintain standards across design stages and follow workflows.
• Ensure compliance with local standards and Singapore BIM Guidelines.
• Support Site Manager by providing BIM deliverables for construction and documentation.
