Job summary

Xinda Construction in Singapore is seeking a Construction Drafter to produce and revise drawings using AutoCAD, focusing on architectural, structural and M&E components.

You will coordinate with project managers, site teams and consultants, update drawings on site changes, and prepare as-built drawings after completion. Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.

Diploma or certificate required; experience in Singapore construction preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in Architectural, Civil Engineering, Building, Drafting or related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to read and understand architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an advantage.
• Singapore construction industry experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with project and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare architectural, structural and M&E drawings per project requirements.
• Prepare layout plans, sections, elevations and details.
• Coordinate drawings with project managers, site supervisors, consultants and subcontractors.
• Update drawings per site conditions and consultant comments.
• Prepare as-built drawings after works completion.
• Maintain drawing records and document control.
• Conduct site visits and take measurements.
• Assist in drawing submissions and revisions.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specs.
