Job summary

CATIG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled BIM Modeller to update construction and as-built models and assist with Civil, Structural & Architectural 3D and 2D submissions.

You will prepare the 3D model for temporary facilities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure clear communication for any required details. A Civil Engineering degree and at least 3 years BIM modeling experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years BIM modeling experience.
• Experience with Civil/Structural/Architectural 3D modeling and 2D drawings submissions.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with project teams for clarifications.

Responsibilities

• Update BIM models to reflect construction and as-built status.
