Job summary

LIAN SOON CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a BIM Specialist to develop and update Construction BIM Models, coordinate with project teams, client representatives, consultants and sub-contractors.

You will manage BIM deliverables, monitor schedules, and provide information on BIM usage and involved roles across projects with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction industry preferably with contractor's experience.
• Minimum 3 years Revit Architectural/Structural/MEP experience.
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive and able to work as a Team

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and update of Construction BIM Models
• Liaise and communicate closely with project team, client representative, consultants and sub-contractor
