Job summary

TOP STAR BUILDER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a BIM Coordinator to oversee modelling and coordination on large construction projects.

You will ensure technical coordination, quality implementation, and site supervision, with hands-on use of Revit and AutoCAD; experience with IDD/VDC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years working experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion.
• Familiar with Revit Architecture/ Structure/ MEP and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with IDD/VDC software.

Job description

• Responsible for the coordination and control of technical matters, quality implementation and site supervision.
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an advantage.
• Min. 5 years working experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
• Knowledge & familiarity with the following software: Revit Architecture/ Revit Structure / Revit MEP / AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Familiar with IDD/VDC software.
