Job summary

Renowned A1 Building Contractor in Singapore seeks a BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation for a large hospital project, coordinating across architecture, structural, and M&E teams. You will develop BEP, standards, workflows and modelling requirements to support the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• Strong experience in BIM management and multidisciplinary coordination for major building projects
• Prior hospital/healthcare project experience

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation, coordination and delivery for a large-scale hospital/healthcare development
• Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), BIM standards, workflows and modelling requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage BIM Coordinators and Modellers across Architectural, Structural and M&E disciplines
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings and ensure clashes and design conflicts are identified and resolved prior to construction
• Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors and project teams on design development and constructability matters
• Review federated models, shop drawings and coordinated services drawings to ensure compliance with project and authority requirements
