Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a multidisciplinary team in Singapore. This role focuses on developing high-quality BIM models for complex healthcare and laboratory projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers, conduct clash detection, and maintain data integrity across multiple BIM models. A diploma or degree in architecture or engineering and 3–5 years of BIM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on BIM coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory projects.
• Strong experience in multi-discipline coordination, clash detection, and BIM documentation.
• Able to work independently with strong self-motivation and attention to detail.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a multidisciplinary team working on complex healthcare and laboratory projects. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, coordinated, and constructible BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain high-quality 3D/2D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction professionals to resolve design conflicts and enhance constructability
• Conduct clash detection, buildability reviews, and constructability analyses
• Support quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and facility management handover using BIM
• Maintain data integrity and version control across multiple BIM models and ensure integration with BIM tools, plug‑ins, or emerging AI technologies
• Prepare shop drawings and as‑built documentation for architectural and civil/structural works
• Implement and track drawing revisions in coordination with project teams
• Assist with documentation and submissions for BIM processes and records
• Provide BIM support to the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery and quality outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of hands‑on BIM coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory projects
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of Navisworks or BIM 360 is a plus
• Strong experience in multi‑discipline coordination, clash detection, and BIM documentation
• Able to work independently with strong self‑motivation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
