Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD invites a seasoned Architectural Manager to join a renowned building and construction firm on a hospital project. You will lead all architectural works from design coordination through construction and handover, ensuring high standards and on-time delivery.

You'll oversee Architectural Coordinators, engineers and subcontractors, review drawings and submissions, and coordinate with Structural, M&E and healthcare systems to resolve interfaces.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Building or related discipline.
• Strong architectural management experience on major building projects.
• Prior hospital / healthcare project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all architectural works for a large-scale hospital/healthcare development from design coordination through construction and handover.
• Manage Architectural Coordinators, Engineers and relevant subcontractors to ensure architectural works are delivered according to programme and specifications.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and technical proposals.
• Coordinate architectural requirements with Structural, M&E and specialist healthcare systems to resolve interface issues.
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and the project team on design development, constructability and site coordination.
• Lead architectural coordination meetings and ensure outstanding design and site issues are closed promptly.
• Oversee architectural trades including façade, partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, finishes, waterproofing and other specialist works.
