Job summary

BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation across Civil & Structural disciplines for major building projects.

You will coordinate across architectural, M&E and structural teams to ensure clash-free models and timely delivery. The role requires strong BIM leadership, Revit/Navisworks proficiency, and experience managing design coordination on large healthcare, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong BIM experience within the building construction industry.
• Experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead, Assistant BIM Manager or similar senior BIM position.
• Strong Civil & Structural BIM coordination experience, with Architectural and M&E coordination exposure advantageous.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and relevant BIM platforms.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Position: BIM Manager(Civil & Structural)
Working Week: 5 Days, Monday - Friday
Salary: SGD 9,000 to SGD 12,000 (Highly Negotiable)
