Job summary

brk pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced BIM Leader to drive the BIM strategy across multiple projects in Singapore. You will establish and enforce standards, templates, and BEPs while guiding BIM Managers, Coordinators, and modelers to deliver contract-aligned results.

You will oversee BIM delivery through the project lifecycle, coordinate requirements across design, engineering, and construction teams, and push for automation and digital transformation within BIM operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BIM management experience across projects and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall BIM strategy and implementation across projects and business units.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, procedures, workflows, templates, and best-practice guidelines.
• Develop and implement BEPs for projects.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet contractual requirements and client/industry standards.
• Provide leadership to BIM Managers, Coordinators, Modelers and project teams.
• Promote digital transformation and continuous improvement in BIM operations.
• Manage BIM delivery throughout the project lifecycle and monitor milestones.
