Job summary

FAR EAST FACADE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced BIM Engineer to lead end-to-end BIM deliverables for Singapore façade projects, delivering 3D modelling, clash detection, and model reports and drawings.

The role requires strong Revit, Rhino, Navisworks and AutoCAD skills and English documentation for meetings with clients. You will manage BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle, handle RFIs and variations, and keep models aligned with site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Façade Engineering, BIM or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5-year solid working experience as a BIM Engineer in façade projects.
• Prior overseas/Singapore project experience preferred.
• Proficient in Revit, Rhino, Navisworks and AutoCAD; familiar with unitised façade systems and fabrication drawings.
• Excellent English proficiency for meetings and English technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of end-to-end BIM deliverables for Singapore façade projects, including 3D BIM modelling, coordination, clash detection, and drawing generation.
• Conduct façade BIM design and model review using Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, AutoCAD; liaise with consultants, clients and construction teams; produce English technical documentation.
• Manage BIM implementation through the project lifecycle; handle RFIs and drawing variations; maintain BIM models to align with site execution.
• Comply with BIM delivery standards, support quantity take-off, provide technical briefings, and resolve BIM issues during execution.
• Support the team to optimise BIM workflows for overseas projects and organise/archive technical documents.
