Job summary

Facade Today in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeller/Coordinator to establish and implement BIM strategy for port infrastructure and construction projects. You will prepare BIM/CAD drawings for tender and construction, and manage the BIM documentation filing system.

You will arrange e-submission to authorities and collaborate with Civil Engineers, ensuring project timelines and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Revit is required; knowledge of e-BIM systems is essential; 3+

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Sustainable Urban Design & Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or equivalent; or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling.
Competent in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Revit.
Knowledge of e-BIM submission system.
Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience as BIM Modeller/Co-ordinator for infrastructure works and sub-utilities like drainage/sewerage.

Responsibilities
