Job summary

FONDA GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Singapore to ensure alignment between BIM models and on-site requirements.

You will work with the BIM team, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to keep drawings and models synchronized with project needs. The role requires reviewing drawings and models, monitoring progress, and resolving clashes across disciplines while attending site meetings and handling RFAs/RFIs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the BIM team to ensure consistency between BIM models, drawings, and site requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review drawings, BIM models, and technical details, and coordinate site requirements accordingly.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies between architectural, structural, M&E, and ID works in coordination with the BIM team and relevant consultants.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and coordination issues.
• Follow up on RFAs/RFIs, technical submissions, shop drawings, and site-related design issues.
• Assist in ensuring that site works are properly coordinated with the latest approved drawings and BIM information.
