Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to lead BIM implementation across design, construction and handover phases. You will set standards and information requirements, and coordinate shop drawings across architectural, structural, MEP and specialist trades.

You will review project specifications, monitor submission schedules, manage consultant drawings, and liaise with consultants, authorities and subcontractors to resolve design issues.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating BIM across design, construction, and handover.
• Ability to enforce BIM standards and information requirements.
• Strong review of drawings and technical clarifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM implementation across project stages.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards and information requirements.
• Coordinate and review shop drawings across trades.
• Review project specs and technical clarifications for compliance.
• Monitor submission and procurement schedules for timely approvals.
• Manage receipt, distribution, submission and approval of consultant drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, subcontractors and project teams to resolve design issues.
• Chair design coordination meetings and provide technical support.
• Conduct BIM model quality checks and ensure accurate project information.
• Support the Contracts Department in assessing variation claims from design changes.
• Manage BIM software and promote digital construction practices.
