Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to manage BIM implementation and standards across the full project lifecycle.

You will develop and maintain BEPs, modelling standards, and information management processes, coordinating multidisciplinary models and performing clash detection to ensure timely, compliant deliverables. You will lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and site teams, manage the CDE and document control, and provide technical guidance to BIM

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in BIM, Civil/Structural/Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and related BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM implementation, standards, workflows and deliverables through the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and information management processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and conduct clash detection and resolution.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, compliance and timely submission of BIM models and deliverables.
• Coordinate BIM activities with consultants, contractors, engineers and site teams.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and monitor outstanding coordination matters to resolution.
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and document control.
• Provide technical guidance, training and support to BIM personnel.
• Ensure BIM processes align with Singapore BIM standards and BCA requirements.
• Troubleshoot BIM issues and support BIM for construction planning and project delivery.
• Prepare BIM coordination reports and project documentation.
