Job summary

eAspire Technolabs Inc. seeks an experienced BIM Manager with proven Singapore LTA project experience to lead BIM planning and multidisciplinary model coordination.

You will ensure quality deliverables, resolve coordination issues, and guide a team of BIM coordinators and modellers. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and delivery management skills, with a focus on maintaining standards, BEP compliance, and collaboration across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP

Qualifications

• BIM coordination or management on infrastructure or complex construction projects.
• Experience with Singapore LTA projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of BIM plans, clash detection, model coordination and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) according to project requirements and standards.
• Lead BIM coordination across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Manage federated models, clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Review BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Monitor model submissions, deliverables, project timelines, and coordination activities.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and maintain issue registers, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Guide BIM coordinators and modellers, allocate tasks, and review team deliverables.
• Identify recurring coordination issues and implement process improvements.
• Report BIM progress, risks, and outstanding issues to project leadership.
• Maintain proper model versions, project documentation, and common data environment practices.

Job Title : BIM Manager (LTA Experience)

Experience : 2+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager with proven Land Transport Authority (LTA) project experience in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for leading BIM planning, managing multidisciplinary model coordination, ensuring quality deliverables, and resolving project coordination issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) according to project requirements and standards.
• Lead BIM coordination across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Manage federated models, clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrable experience in BIM coordination or BIM management for infrastructure or complex construction projects.
• Mandatory: Previous experience working on Singapore LTA projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM Execution Plans, clash detection, model coordination, quality checks, and delivery management.
• Proficiency in relevant BIM modelling and coordination software.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with project stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Singapore transport infrastructure projects, including MRT/rail, stations, tunnels, roads, or similar LTA developments.
• Proven ability to resolve complex coordination issues and manage project deliverables.
