Job summary

Kok Tong Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a BIM Technician to create BIM content and production documents for BIM assisted projects. You will work on M&E 3D models and generate shop drawings directly from models.

You will interpret consultant RFIs, liaise with the team for shop drawings, and ensure model delivery with quality and timeliness. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office is essential; English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BIM experience, preferably with A1 main contractor or consultants
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to work in a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility is to create BIM content and production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.
• Proficient with M&E 3D Models (C&S and Archi trades is an added advantage)
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
• Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
• Interpret engineering drawings and updates of Consultant’s RFI to reflect the design intent
• Liaise with the team for production of shop drawings
• Creation of 2D families
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)

Requirements

• Higher Nitec Architectural Technology or Structural Engineering/ Diploma in Engineering or BIM
• Proven track record with at least 2 years full experiences with BIM, preferably from A1 Main Contractor or Consultants independently
• Must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Auto Cad & MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently.
• Experience with Infrastructure Projects will be an added advantage
