Job summary

AECOM is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Singapore to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and ensure alignment with project BIM standards. You will support project teams, perform clash detection with Navisworks, and manage coordination in ACC/BIM 360 to deliver high-quality, coordinated models.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, and hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines.
• Perform model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, and client requirements.
• Manage model coordination and file sharing in ACC/BIM 360.
• Monitor model quality, shared coordinates, and data integrity.
• Support BIM modelers and project teams with technical guidance.
• Prepare coordination reports and track issue resolution.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and liaise with project stakeholders.
