BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a leading A1 Main Contractor in Singapore to recruit an Architectural Coordinator for Design & Build condo projects.

The role emphasizes coordinating architectural drawings, liaising with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring timely approvals and design accuracy. The candidate will provide technical support, manage documentation, and guide BIM coordination using Revit/Navisworks/Enscape, delivering as-built BIM models at project close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Design Coordinator or Architectural Coordinator on Design & Build condo projects for A1 main contractors.
• Proficiency in ACAD, Revit, Navisworks and Enscape.
• Familiar with URA/BCA/NEA/PUB/SCDF/LTA/Nparks requirements.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design detailing and construction processes.
• Ability to build good relationships with consultants, work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review architectural drawings, including design and shop drawings, ensuring design intent and compliance.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure cross-disciplinary integration.
• Assist in preparing and submitting drawings/documents to authorities for approvals (BP, TOP, CSC, etc).
• Provide technical support to construction team and resolve design discrepancies on site.
• Maintain documentation of design changes, CVIs/RFIs/SDAs and communications; attend technical meetings.
• Coordinate materials and samples to meet design requirements.
• Coordinate BIM processes using Revit/Navisworks/Enscape; identify clashes and ensure document consistency.
• Compile and hand over as-built BIM models/drawings at project completion.
