Job summary

Bayes Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to coordinate structural drawings, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and manage statutory approvals for design-and-build condominium projects.

You will support site teams, maintain project documentation, and lead BIM coordination to ensure clash-free models. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, at least 3 years’ experience in design & build condo projects for A1 main contractors,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Structural Design Engineer, Project Engineer or Structural Coordinator on Design & Build condominium projects for A1 main contractors.
• Experience with C&S consultant firms and design background preferred.
• Ability to perform structural analysis using software such as ACAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or similar.
• Familiar with URA/BCA/NEA/PUB/SCDF/LTA/Nparks requirements.
• Ability to build good relationships with consultants and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review structural design drawings for constructability and compliance.
• Schedule and issue structural drawings aligned with project schedule.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, architectural and M&E engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit drawings to authorities for approvals and track status.
• Provide technical support to site team on structural matters and resolve queries.
• Maintain documentation of design changes and communications.
• Attend technical and design coordination meetings.
• Coordinate drawings using Revit, Navisworks or Enscape to identify clashes.
• Compile and hand over structural as-built BIM model and drawings.
