The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a BIM Drafter in Singapore to develop and maintain BIM for project execution and to produce precise 3D models and drawings.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and project compliance. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, with familiarity in visualization tools like SketchUp/Enscape/Lumion considered an advantage.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling/drafting experience in construction or building industry.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with visualization/rendering tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes, especially for public industrial and hyperscale data centres.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed drawings.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction docs from BIM models.
• Ensure drawings and models are documented and ready for submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers and stakeholders.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection.
• Support site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to Sales during pre- and post-sales discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and compliance.
