Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a BIM Specialist to develop, maintain and update Building Information Models for project execution in Singapore.

You will produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed drawings, generate 2D drawings and construction docs, and ensure all submissions meet project requirements. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers, you will conduct model reviews, perform clash detection, and support site coordination.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or a similar role within the construction or building industry
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with visualization and rendering software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project workflows particularly in Public industrial and hyperscale data centres

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Support project site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during pre-sales presentations and post sales project discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company and project requirements

• Mon to Fri, 5 days - 8.30am to 5.30pm
