Job summary

ABS Building Products Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant BIM Designer to support architectural and structural design using AutoCAD and BIM workflows. You will prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, and fabrication drawings, coordinating with engineers and clients, and helping manage projects from concept to completion.

The role emphasizes precision, collaboration, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to work on overseas projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Diploma or university graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field with theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
• Overseas project experience is mandatory; manage local and overseas projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Create and explain design concepts for exterior and interior furnishings.

Responsibilities

• Excellent team management; set guidelines and supervise the team.
• Guide engineers on construction works; ensure schedule, quality, site management and timely problem solving.
• Build up Singapore ABS brand with regional projects and provide design perspectives (plans, elevations).
• Demonstrate high AutoCAD skill; render, visualize and document designs.
• Site checking, measuring and supervision of ongoing projects.
