Job summary

M.A.N ARCHITECTS (GLOBAL) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Assistant to support design development and client liaison.

You will prepare preliminary and conceptual designs, coordinate with clients and authorities, and develop tender-ready construction details. Applicants should hold a B.Arch or equivalent, be eligible to work in Singapore, and have strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or PR eligible to work in Singapore.
• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year and above experience in a local architectural firm.
• Familiar with local authorities’ regulations and submission procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of BIM (Revit); BIM modelling experience is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English and good computer literacy.
• Positive team player, able to work under pressure; meticulous and independent.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client representative on all project issues.
• Coordinate with Partners/Architects on design brief, site conditions and authorities’ guidelines before design.
• Prepare preliminary and conceptual designs and presentation drawings.
• Revise and develop designs to client and authorities’ approvals.
• Develop design details for tender and construction.
