Job summary

ABS BUILDING PRODUCTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Bim Designer in Singapore to lead local and overseas projects, develop exterior and interior concepts, and produce 2D plans and details using AutoCAD and Illustrator.

You will manage a team, liaise with clients, subcontractors, and authorities while ensuring schedules and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher in Architecture or related field, with overseas project exposure and strong communication, problem solving, and

Qualifications

Diploma or university graduate or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject.
Overseas project management experience is required.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
Create and explain design concepts for exterior and interior furnishings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Illustrator for 2D plans, elevations, sections.

Responsibilities

Excellent team management; set guidelines and supervise the team.
Guide engineers on construction works; ensure schedule adherence and quality.
Build ABS Building Products as a prestigious brand domestically and overseas.
Produce perspective views, plans, elevations; convey interior design information.
High level of AutoCAD skill preferred; maintain learning attitude.
Demonstrate problem solving, communication, and teamwork.
Site checks, measurements, and supervision on ongoing projects.
Provide conceptual design, design development, visualization, rendering and documentation.
