WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Coordinator to oversee BIM processes and coordinate design across architectural, structural, MEP and specialist subcontractors.

You will review shop drawings and technical submissions, manage submission schedules and ensure compliance with project standards. The role also requires leading technical meetings and coordinating submissions with consultants and authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee BIM processes and design coordination for construction projects.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and specialist drawings to resolve design clashes.
• Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, project specifications and technical submissions.
• Manage drawing and sample submission schedules in line with project and procurement timelines.
• Coordinate consultant drawing distribution, submissions and approvals.
• Lead technical meetings with consultants, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Ensure BIM models and project documentation meet quality, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical coordination support to the project team and assist with design-related variation claims.
• Improve digital workflows, BIM standards and coordination processes to reduce rework and delays.
