Job summary

China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a BIM Coordinator to train modellers to company standards, setup modelling environments, and manage schedules aligned with the critical path. The role includes QA/QC, clash detection, and coordination with the project team on site progress.

Responsibilities also cover coordinating 4D/5D simulations and virtual mock-ups, ensuring revisions are tracked and all model data meets quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structure/Arch Building is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related field experience.
