Job summary

OUR RECRUITERS LLP is seeking a BIM Coordinator to assist in creating, updating and revising BIM models across the project lifecycle. You will ensure model integrity and generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM models.

Responsibilities include producing BIM deliverables for construction and fabrication, and identifying design-stage discrepancies for timely resolution. A Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of M&E BIM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in M&E BIM models related projects.
• Well versed in Revit Advance skills.
• Able to complete models and shop drawings in a timely and quality manner.
• Knowledge in BIM Software is MUST.
• Knowledge in Dynamo; BIM Certificate is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.
• Ensure integrity/quality of the models.
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models.
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage.
