Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a BIM Manager to lead a team of BIM Modellers and Coordinators across Tender, Construction and As-Built stages. You will set BIM execution standards and ensure compliance with corporate and client BIM requirements, driving collaboration and reducing errors.

You will train project teams on BIM tools, manage BIM software, and support modelling and presentation during tender stages while updating BIM capabilities and cloud folders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as BIM manager.
• Proficient in Revit Architecture/Structural/MEP.
• Proficient in 4D software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of BIM Modeller and Coordinator.
• Oversee BIM Development carried out by BIM Modeller inTender, Construction and As-Built.
• Set standard and implement BIM execution plan for all projects.
• Ensure compliance to Corporate and Client BIM requirement.
• Provide technical expert and effective communication to improve team coordination and project efficiency.
• Master and manage existing and new software.
• Provide training to project team on BIM tools and methodologies.
• Assist in BIM Modelling and presentation during tender stage.
• Update Company Profile, BIM capabilities including maintenance of BIM cloud folder.
• Attend BIM Coordination, technical meetings and other meetings as required.
• Weekly report for job assignment planning.

• Set standard and implement BIM execution plan for all projects

• Ensure compliance to Corporate and Client BIM requirement

• Provide technical expert and effective communication skill to improve team coordination, reduce error, enhance collaboration and overall project efficiency

• Master and manage existing and new software

• Provide training to project team on BIM tools and methodologies

• Assist in BIM Modelling and presentation during tender stage

• Update Company Profile, BIM capabilities including maintain of BIM cloud folder

• Attend BIM Coordination, technical meeting, and any other meeting as and when required

• Weekly report for job assignment planning on Monday and to be completed by Friday.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years as BIM manager

• Must process Revit Architectural/Structural/MEP and SDIP in BIM certificate

• Proficient in 4D software
