Intuit Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Drafter / Designer for a permanent role in Singapore's M&E engineering sector. The position focuses on producing and updating M&E drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, and assisting in BIM modelling for building services.

The successful candidate will have a diploma in ME/EE or related discipline, 1–2 years of drafting experience, and familiarity with local Singapore codes. Authority submissions experience is a plus; site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of M&E drafting or BIM modelling experience.
• Familiarity with local Singapore codes and permits.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and update M&E drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assist in BIM modelling for building services (sanitary, plumbing, gas).
• Support engineers in developing design drawings per instructions.
• Prepare drawings for authority submissions (PUB, City Gas, etc.).
• Coordinate with engineers on drawing updates and revisions.
• Assist in documentation and basic project coordination.
• Participate in site visits if required.
